We apologize for the delay in telling you how much we like our Four-Season sunroom and the professionalism of your on-site and office staff. Just after the job was finished, we took off for Florida, where after coming home for Christmas, we returned to Florida where we are now. We wanted to make sure that our Four-Season sunroom would be compatible with our older electrical furnace and it seems to be working fine. One thing that we appreciated was the fact that one of your main workers is teaching his son the building trades and this broods well for the future. Renovation Process Made as Painless as Possible

Reflecting back over 2004, I am writing at year-end and copying the Better Business Bureau of Ottawa, to compliment you both, and your company, for the wonderful house extension and related renovation projects that you did on our property during the past year. Your company, with its superb group of highly skilled and efficient workers, did a very professional job here, not only in designing and then building the house extension/sunroom of the planned original contract, but also in accommodating at our request various added major tasks and major contract extensions: for re-roofing all of the adjoining garage, installing hardwood floors in the adjoining back half of the house, fitting and installing new granite counters and ceramic splash tiles in the kitchen, and building landscaped garden boxes and an entry step around the new extension. We very much appreciate that you were able to take on this extra work, so as to integrate the new addition more seamlessly to the adjoining house. All the work was done in a very professional manner, the project begun and ended on time, and on budget with no financial surprises. We have had many compliments about the high quality of the work and beauty of the new space, and have already recommended your company to friends and neighbours contemplating similar work. No home renovation is entirely easy, with the necessary dislocation to house and property, but Anpaq made it as painless as possible by fast schedules, good work, and ready communication and flexibility. Neighbours Compliment Us on Your Work

Well we are almost through the winter and the addition that you folks built for us is standing up just fine. The room above the garage is warm and sunny, so much so that I wonder why we put heating ducts and a gas fireplace up there. But it is great. The sunroom out the back is just made for over-wintering plants and I heat it minimally. However, the room seems to heat itself – the colder it gets outside, the more the electric heaters come on and so the warmer it gets in the room. This little glitch will be fixed when I get a wall thermostat installed for the electric heaters. I should have done that in the first place. Live and learn … I know that you have walls and binders full of letters of thanks. You can add this one to the pile. Both Mary Ann and I were really pleased with the way in which the construction went. The quality of the job is just excellent. I have had neighbours compliment me on the work done and say that the house looks like it never had an addition put on it. “Seamless” is the word, I guess. We had lots of people over on Christmas Eve and again for Christmas dinner and it was really great that people had room to spread out. Mary Ann was able to chase all the men out of the kitchen while she got food ready and this time they didn’t sneak back. Great stuff. Please let Stephan and Andre know that the flower gardens all recovered from the Kubota and the jack-hammering and the stomping and the waste bins. She is happy. We were all a little worried about the gardens, but please tell the guys that she didn’t lose a plant. Actually, as regards the gardens, I think it paid off to do the work in winter when everything was frozen. I’ll close this letter with an open invitation for you to use our name as a reference any time. Heck, with a little bit of notice we can even do tours. I had already recommended Anpaq to my neighbour John over on Bickerton St. He said that he’d called you and that you were coming to talk to him. So I hope that worked out OK for you. Very Happy We Selected Anpaq for Our Renovation

Our recently completed kitchen renovation has turned out much better than we expected as a result of the excellent design and the quality of materials and craftsmanship that went into the project. The project was completed in minimum time at the estimated cost. The tradesmen who worked in our home were very professional in their respective trades and were more than willing to answer any questions and to keep us informed of the progress at each stage.
